In Loving Memory of Philip E. Cline

Philip E. Cline a beloved father, papaw and community leader, passed away on January 6, 2024 at the age of 90. His life was a testament to the values of family, community, faith, and business acumen.

Philip was a cornerstone of his community, embodying the spirit of selflessness and community-mindedness. It's in that spirit that the family announces the Philip E. Cline Scholarship.  The scholarship will be awarded to a design student at Radford University. It is a fitting tribute to a man who lived life well and left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was a firm believer in education as evidenced by his own tenacity to achieve and support education throughout his life.  

May Philip's memory continue to inspire and uplift, as his legacy lives on through the lives touched by the scholarship that bears his name.
